Section 1: Eligibility Requirements
To open an account and use the services on tl99, the following conditions must be met:

- You must not be a professional athlete, referee or person connected to a relevant sport.

Section 2: Account Registration and Management
- Each person may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts may result in all accounts being terminated and funds forfeited.
- All information provided at the time of registration must be true, accurate and up to date.
- It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential.
- Any unauthorized use of the account must be reported to tl99 immediately.
tl99 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Violation of the terms or provision of false information.
- Fraudulent activity or attempts to harm other users.
- Suspicion of illegal activity or money laundering.
- Evidence of repeated bonus abuse or system exploitation.
Section 3: Deposits and Withdrawals
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (two hundred taka) for each payment method.
- Available deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer.
- Funds deposited must come from your own account.
- Third-party payments are not accepted and will be considered a violation of the terms.
- Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly. Contact support if there is a delay.
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka).
- Withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
- Withdrawals can only be made to a registered payment method and to your own account.
- The withdrawal process may be delayed if verification is incomplete.
- Withdrawals may be restricted if bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
Section 4: Bonuses and Promotions
A 120% bonus up to a maximum of ৳10,000 is available on your first deposit at tl99. The following conditions apply to this bonus:
- The minimum first deposit to receive the bonus is ৳200.
- Wagering Requirement: 10 times (10x) — meaning you must wager 10 times the bonus amount before withdrawing.
- The bonus must be used within a specified time period; it will be automatically cancelled upon expiry.
- Only one welcome bonus applies per person, household or address.
- tl99 reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel bonus offers at any time.
- If bonus abuse (such as arbitrage betting) is detected, the bonus and related winnings will be cancelled.
- Bonuses cannot be combined while one is active, unless specifically stated otherwise.
- Cashback bonuses under the VIP program are governed by separate rules — see Section 7.
Section 5: Gaming Rules
- The use of any automated bots, software or hacking methods is strictly prohibited.
- Attempting to manipulate game outcomes or colluding with third parties is prohibited.
- Taking advantage through multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
- Winnings obtained by exploiting technical errors or bugs will be considered void.
tl99 is not responsible for issues caused by server outages, internet disconnections or other technical faults. However, every effort will be made to keep your funds secure in such situations.
If there is a dispute regarding a game result, the support team must be notified within 48 hours. tl99's decision will be considered final. Game server log records will be treated as the highest form of evidence.

Section 7: VIP Program
tl99's VIP program has three tiers. Promotion is based on player activity and loyalty:
- Bronze: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback benefit.
- Silver: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback benefit and special offers.
- Gold: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback benefit and premium support.
VIP cashback is added to the account at a set time each week. tl99 reserves the right to change the rules and benefits of the VIP program.
Section 8: Responsible Gaming
tl99 places the highest importance on responsible gaming. Players may use the following tools:
- Setting daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits.
- The option to temporarily or permanently exclude yourself (self-exclusion).
- Requesting a temporary account suspension through the support team.

Section 10: Limitation of Liability
- tl99 is not liable under any circumstances for indirect, incidental or special damages.
- tl99 is not liable for failures of third-party services (payment gateways, internet providers).
- tl99 is not liable for service disruptions due to force majeure events (natural disasters, power outages, cyberattacks).
- You bear full responsibility for the outcome of any bets or gaming activities made at your own discretion.
Section 11: Changes to Terms and Termination
